By accessing and using Label Cropping Tool ("Service", "Extension", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Label Cropping Tool is a Chrome browser extension designed to help Flipkart sellers automate label processing, including:

• Automatic label cropping with customizable margins
• Bulk label downloads
• PDF merging capabilities
• Filtering and sorting options

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AUM TechnoLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms displayed at checkout.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected duration and seller count.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once successful, except in limited cases described in our Payments & Refunds Policy.
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers (such as Razorpay).
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and selecting the correct seller IDs before payment.
• We may update pricing or plan terms from time to time, with updated information shown on the website.

7. Seller Responsibility and Marketplace Actions

This tool is provided to assist your workflow, but all actions performed through your marketplace account remain your sole responsibility.

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with Flipkart and any other marketplace rules, policies, and terms.
• Any warning, restriction, suspension, or enforcement action by a marketplace against your seller account is outside our control.
• We are not liable for losses or account actions arising from your marketplace usage, policy violations, or operational decisions.

8. Third-Party Platform Changes

Marketplace platforms may change APIs, login flows, authentication methods, labels, or related technical behavior at any time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt the Service, but changes may require development time. Immediate compatibility is not guaranteed.

9. Support and Response Timelines

Support is provided through email only. We currently do not provide instant phone/call support.

• Resolution may take up to 7 days in complex cases, high workload periods, or public holidays.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance, including for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent, illegal, cybercrime-related, or abusive activity, including misuse of our API endpoints
• Request by law enforcement

In such cases, any fees already paid may remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be available at all times.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUM TECHNOLABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

13. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google OAuth: For authentication
• Flipkart Seller Hub: For label processing

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such services.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the competent courts in India.
