Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any product or subscription on LabelCropping.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety. We encourage you to review this policy before completing your purchase.

1 Introduction & Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions made on LabelCropping.com ("Platform"), operated by LabelCropping ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies to all users ("User," "you," or "your") who purchase any product, tool, extension, subscription plan, or digital service offered on this Platform.

Our services are classified as digital goods and software services, delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. In accordance with applicable Indian laws — including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 — digital products and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered/activated.

2 No-Refund Policy

All sales on LabelCropping.com are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed:

  • The amount paid cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred under any circumstances.
  • Active subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-cycle for a partial or full refund.
  • Subscription downgrades or reversions to a lower or free plan mid-cycle are not permitted.
  • Purchases of one-time products, tools, or extension licenses cannot be returned or refunded after delivery/activation.
  • You will continue to have access to the purchased service or product for the duration of your paid period, regardless of usage.

This policy is consistent with the general practice for digital/software products under Indian consumer law, where the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the User's consent.

3 Third-Party Platform Restrictions (Flipkart & Others)

Our products, including the Label Cropping Chrome Extension, are designed to work in conjunction with third-party platforms such as Flipkart Seller Hub. Please understand the following:

  • If any third-party platform (e.g., Flipkart) restricts, blocks, or limits the functionality or accessibility of our extension or tool due to their own policy changes, technical updates, or API modifications, LabelCropping shall not be held liable, and no refund shall be issued on such grounds.
  • Third-party platforms operate independently and may change their policies at any time without prior notice to us. Such changes are entirely outside our control.
  • We will make commercially reasonable efforts to update or adapt our tools to remain compatible with third-party platforms; however, we cannot guarantee compatibility at all times.

4 Browser or Extension Store Restrictions

In the event that our Chrome Extension (or any browser extension) is removed, suspended, or restricted by the Chrome Web Store or any other browser extension marketplace:

  • No refund will be issued solely because the extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store or any browser's official extension marketplace.
  • We will proactively share the extension file (.crx or equivalent) directly to your registered email address or via another agreed communication channel, so that you can continue using the extension by installing it manually.
  • Manual installation of browser extensions is a standard, supported process on all major browsers. We will provide step-by-step guidance for installation upon request.
  • The extension's core functionality will remain intact during the transition, and your access to services shall be maintained.

5 Service Downtime & Technical Disruptions

We strive to maintain maximum uptime and service availability. However, technical disruptions can occasionally occur. Please note:

  • In the event of server-side errors, scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or unexpected technical incidents, we will endeavour to restore services at the earliest possible time.
  • No refunds or credits shall be issued for service downtime or technical disruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
  • We will communicate any known outages or maintenance windows through our Platform or registered communication channels in a timely manner.
  • Our team will prioritise prompt resolution of technical issues to minimise disruption to your workflow.

This clause is in line with standard SaaS practices and the IT Act, 2000, which recognises that digital service availability is subject to technical dependencies and infrastructure constraints.

6 Force Majeure

LabelCropping shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, regulatory orders, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or third-party platform policy changes.

In such events, refunds will not be applicable, but we commit to resuming services at the earliest opportunity and keeping Users informed.

7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with us directly, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately.
  • Provide transaction evidence, access logs, and delivery proof to the payment processor or bank to contest the dispute.

We encourage you to reach out to our support team first — we are happy to assist and resolve any genuine concerns amicably.

8 Grievance Redressal (As per IT Rules, 2021)

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address any concerns related to our services or this Policy.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the relevant adjudicating authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

10 Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Platform and services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
